Teaching our future techies!
Take a look at the recent CNN "Best 100 Jobs" predictions and you'll see mobile app developer (think: MIT AppInventor) and product analyst (think: user experience reviewer (UX)) ranked #1 and #4 respectively, both disciplines I've taught with the UVa Enrichment series over the past 4 years ;)
My current programming job, approximately described by #7, Clinical Apps Specialist and #9 Database Analyst, ranks right up there, too, to round out the top 10!
Here's to a happy 2017 and continued teaching with a mind to keeping technology careers both personally rewarding and socially responsible.
