To see that in a student is truly the best reward. And you will, no fail, when you don't push to teach to specific platforms and languages and stay away from assessments to "prove" proficiency. It is absolutely true kids will "...learning to question fears instead of listening to them... and ask smarter questions." And not let the things you think you're "bad" at determine what you try next. Dig in and Google on.
