Fun with color wheels! Did you know that HTML has up to 16,777,216 possible colors you can code? Check out this HTML color code resource (that is a very nice beginner's tutorial for all things HTML). And, Weebly has a very good html editor, even in the free version, I've found to be a good beginner's development environment to parse code to understand what controls what, as well, let's you edit existing and add new html code to modify their templates. Using html code snippets from the link above, once you create your Weebly project, go to "Design", then click on the "edit html/css" button. This takes you to a top over top split screen, an integrated development environment (IDE) - the top part is your html editor where you can edit/add code, the bottom part shows you how your source page changes as a result (kind of like Scratch, which gives you your code view and player view side by side and you can see how what you program affects your project as you go along).
And best, when you add an "embed code" element to your Weebly project, you can copy/paste the code from the "embed" section within your Scratch project and it will add your fully functional Scratch project to your Weebly project! While you can't edit your Scratch programming within Weebly, you can, if you click on the border outside the Scratch project within the element once added to your project, to modify height and width. Check out my early project here for an example. To see your project as an actual phone app, download the Weebly app to your phone, log in, go to "settings"> "open in brower" and that's it! I have found that it can take a bit for the Scratch element to load, but other than that, pretty easy and cool.
