"I can make my dream a reality for other kids" - Games for Change.

It's so great to see computer programming for social good get so much great press lately. This week Mashable featured top apps for social good (Feedie, Charity Miles, Budge, Instead)  as well creative, funny animation and voice overs for public service campaigns. And, Games for Change featured a collaboration between the Girl Scouts and Dell to launch an app programming application, "Be the Video Game Developer". It's a great start and hopefully builds a groundswell that grows so that kids start to challenge our education systems to offer richer, meaningful programming curricula beyond wizard and setting based platforms. As "Instead" says, "Micro Donations, Macro Impact"...
